RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Shipment and Return Policy: Any order may be cancelled at any time between the placement of the order and delivery of the goods.
All items must be checked within 48 hours of delivery. Any damage must be reported to us straight away.
We are unable to offer a collection service.
Buyer must arrange and pay for the return of the goods and will be refunded the full buying price.
Goods must be returned to the Seller in the same condition they were in at the time of delivery to the Buyer and in their original packaging.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of goods and after we have inspected them for damage. Wooden Valley reserve the right to withhold all or part of your refund if items are returned damaged.
In the unlikely event of damaged, faulty or incorrect goods we will rectify the error by sending replacement goods or parts.
Please remember: ITEMS PARTIALLY OR FULLY ASSEMBLED CANNOT BE RETURNED.

Large Items Such as Wardrobes & 'Full Sets' Have to Be Shipped Via Specialist Couriers.
They Will Arrange Delivery by Appointment, so Estimates Shown Are Approximate Only.
Most Areas See Delivery Within 1 - 2 weeks of Despatch, Rural or Coastal Areas May Take Longer.

Shipping Furniture is Expensive, To Keep Prices Low,
And Continue To Offer Free Shipping For Our Customers,
We Have Four Additional Terms Specific To Flat Pack Furniture.

1. Check All Parts Are Present & Correct Before Assembly Begins.
2. If Any Parts Are Missing or Damaged, Tell Us The Part Number, It Will Be Replaced.
3. Follow The Assembly Instructions As shown
4. Once You Have Started Assembly, You May Not Return The Item As Unwanted.
You Will Always Get The Item You Paid For, in New Condition.
